Spring Cleaning Jewelry and Accessories Swap to benefit VIP, Milford’s Victim’s Intervention Program

Who? Velvet Rabbit Upcycle will host this fun event at our shop.                                                                                                     .

What? A fun swap party in which everyone goes home with “new” treasures.  No Jewelry?  No worries!  Bring a dish or refreshment to share and earn points with which to participate. Refreshments and small bites will be in great bounty! Expect 5-8 rounds of swapping treasures.

When? May 17th from 3-5pm.

Where? 150 Water Street in the West Cottage of the Waterwheel complex in historic Milford, PA. Google Velvet Rabbit Upcycle for concise directions to the overflow parking lot of the complex.

Why? Who doesn’t love a good time for a great cause? Come enjoy a day in the sunshine and enjoy all Milford has to offer in nature and downtown!

How can I help?  Bring down your spring cleaning collection of jewelry and accessories in great condition that you no longer need and donate them to our event.  Think musical chairs!  We will play rounds based on your contributions, you will be able to collect “new” baubles to your heart’s delight based on how many items you bring or points you earn! At the end of our event, all leftovers will be donated to Milford’s VIP, Victim’s Intervention Programs, which benefits women in need of our love, protection, care and the enthusiasm to persevere. Please also bring a NEW sundries or personal items, such as shampoo and children’s items, that will also be donated.
